She is also a nationally recognized instructor, CPT, CFSC, Precision Nutrition Level 1, Pre/Post-Natal Certified and run leader in Boston. As a seasoned instructor, she spends her days teaching others to be their best both inside and outside the gym. Her motto is relentless forward progress — let’s get stronger together!

Kelly Cole is a native New Yorker, fitness entrepreneur and mom of 2 little girls. Kelly holds certifications as a NASM personal trainer and as a pre/postnatal specialist. With over 12 years of competitive cheerleading experience and 8+ years dedicated to fitness in NYC Kelly has always been passionate about an active lifestyle. As an instructor, Kellys philosophy is less "you got this" and more "here's HOW to get this". In her experience , especially in an in person class setting there is a lack of emphasis on form which not only results in injuries, but also less of an opportunity for results you can achieve when you are focused on and connected to the right muscles during your workout. As a seasoned megaformer pilates instructor and creator of her method Time Under Tension, she blends strength training, pilates and cardio for a comprehensive workout accessible through her app/on demand library. Kellys focus on form and detailed cueing throughout each workout helps to bridge the gap between a class setting and a 1:1 private training experience.
